  • Tomato paste - 1 teaspoon
  • Butter
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 7 tablespoon
  • Chicken Egg - 3 pcs
  • Onion - 1 pc
  • Sweet pepper - 1 pc
  • Carrots - 1 pc
  • Chicken leg - 1 pc
  • Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Greens (or spinach juice) - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Potatoes - 4 pcs

How to cook soup with multicolored dumplings "traffic light" step by step with photos


Peel the skin off a leg, cut it into several small pieces. Put them in a pot, pour water on the stove and leave on the stove.

Peel and wash potatoes, cut into julienne strips. Add potatoes to boiling potato broth

Slice onion, bell pepper and carrots. Sauté them briefly in butter
