Ingredients for cream soup with leeks:

  • Ground Meat (assorted) - 500 g
  • Leeks - 300 g
  • Cream cheese ("Amber" in tubs) - 350 g
  • Butter (for frying)
  • Spices (to taste)

How to cook cream soup with leeks step by step with photos

So, heat up some butter in a pan and fry stuffing for about 10 minutes. Add leeks chopped into rings and fry for another 5 minutes until the onions lose their rigidity. Stir the filling all the time so that it does not stick to pieces.

When minced meat is cooked, put it into a saucepan, pour 1.5-2 liters of water and boil it. Add the cheese in the tubs (it's much softer and nicer). I had "Amber", But you can use any other kind, if it is creamy and soft.

Stir soup until cheese is dissolved, let simmer for about 15 minutes over low heat and voila.
