Ingredients for thick milk soup with vegetables:

  • Nutmeg (on the tip of a knife)
  • Bay Leaf - 2 pcs
  • Wheat flour / Flour - 2 pcs
  • Vegetable mix (frozen: carrots, asparagus beans, peas, cauliflower, zucchini) - 400 g
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Potatoes - 3 pcs
  • Ham - 300 g
  • Milk - 0,5 l
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Salt (and pepper, to taste)
  • Greens

How to cook thick milk soup with vegetables step by step with photos

Cut the ham into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil.

Dice potatoes

Shred the onions

Dilute flour and salt in cold water

Mix with milk, pour over meat and vegetables, boil until softened. In 5 minutes. Add bay leaf, pepper and nutmeg. Garnish with the greens.

The dish must be as thick as a stew.

Instead of meat you can use fresh or dried mushrooms, pre-cook them in a small amount of water.
