Ingredients for thick tomato soup:


  • Pork (fresh) - 250 g
  • Potatoes (3 pieces) - 300 g
  • Carrots (2 piece) - 200 g
  • Garlic - 5 clove
  • Sweet pepper (1 piece) - 200 g
  • Chili pepper (green 1 piece) - 100 g
  • Tomato (2 piece) - 200 g
  • Green peas (frozen) - 200 g
  • Opiate mushrooms (frozen) - 200 g
  • bay leaf - 3 units
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Tomato juice (1 cup) - 250 g
  • Water (cold boiled) - 2 glass
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) - 2 tablespoon
  • Greens (parsley and dill sprigs) - 50 g

How to cook thick tomato soup step by step with photos


Ingredients for making thick tomato soup.

Chop the meat and fry it in vegetable oil.

Peel and slice potatoes, carrots and garlic as you like. Take out leaves from greens and cut only stalks.

Peel and slice the bell peppers and chili peppers.

Peel and slice tomatoes. Wash mushrooms and green peas.

Put all the ingredients in a heatproof saucepan, pour the tomato juice and water, season with salt, add a bay leaf and stir. Cover the pan with a lid and put it in the oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Do not worry, nothing will burn or boil over.

The tomato soup is ready!
