Creamy Tomato Soup

This soup is amazingly tasty and easy to make. This is one of my favorite recipes!
Ingredients for thick tomato soup:

Tomato juice
(1 cup)

(cold boiled)

How to cook thick tomato soup step by step with photos

Ingredients for making thick tomato soup. |

Chop the meat and fry it in vegetable oil. |
|
Peel and slice potatoes, carrots and garlic as you like. Take out leaves from greens and cut only stalks. |
|
Peel and slice the bell peppers and chili peppers. |
|
Peel and slice tomatoes. Wash mushrooms and green peas. |
|
Put all the ingredients in a heatproof saucepan, pour the tomato juice and water, season with salt, add a bay leaf and stir. Cover the pan with a lid and put it in the oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Do not worry, nothing will burn or boil over. |
