  • Nutmeg (pipsqueak)
  • Cream (10%) - 2 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil (for frying omelettes)
  • Onions (I have small onions) - 1 pc
  • Carrots (small) - 2 pcs
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Turkey ( 1 shank with thigh, wing)
  • White pepper (pizza)
  • Pumpkin - 200 g
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Parsley
  • Water - 3 l

How to cook diet soup with scrambled eggs step by step with photos


Wash the turkey meat, put it in cold water and boil in broth

Remove the meat from the broth and cut into portions

Dice the pumpkin and add it to the broth to replace the potatoes.

Also send chopped carrots and onions into the broth, salt and pepper the broth, and cook until the vegetables are fully cooked.

Whisk eggs with cream, nutmeg and salt. In a greased pan, fry the omelette, cut into pieces or assorted shapes
