Dumpling Wurst Soup

I decided to make soup, all I had at home was a chicken breast.. My daughter does not like white meat, but I wanted to please everyone.
Ingredients for dumpling-cottage soup:

(for dumplings - 1pc; for soup - 1pc)

(salt, pepper to taste)

Chicken breast

Garlic

Millet

How to cook dumpling soup step by step with photos

Make dumplings: mince breast, onion and garlic with a meat grinder.
Add the spices, eggs and semolina. Stir and leave in the fridge for half an hour. |

Now peel and dice the vegetables. Bring potatoes to boil. |

Add the millet. |
|
Take the stuffing out of the fridge and spoon it out little cakes on a hot pan with a little oil (it is possible to throw them into the pot without frying for 10-15 minutes before the end of cooking the soup). |

You will get such cutlets. Then put them on a plate. |
|
Fry onion and carrot in the same frying pan. |
|
When the potatoes are almost cooked, put there onions and carrots, dumplings and cook for about 10 minutes more. |
|
Let it infuse for a while and serve. |
