Where I saw this recipe, I don't remember, it's been ten years :) The original name of the soup was so funny and hard to pronounce that we called it funny. The soup is very nutritious and light, with a touch of sourness.

Here's the ingredients. My fillet is chopped, carrots are grated.

Chop an onion, grate a carrot and cut a fillet into small pieces.

Pour vegetable oil in a saucepan, heat it up and fry onion and carrots.

Then add the fillets and fry for a few more minutes to make everything turn golden.

Add water or ready made chicken broth. I firmly believe in this recipe it is necessary to add hot water or broth. When you want the meat to cook it tasty, put it in hot water, this broth will have a strong flavor anyway. Add a little more than a liter and a half of liquid.

While the fillet is boiling, prepare the tomatoes. Immerse them in boiling water for a few minutes, take them out and peel them.

Grind the tomatoes through a meat grinder. You can do it in a blender, but I like it better through a meat grinder :)

While we were cooking the tomatoes, the fillet had almost fallen off. We add salt and cobweb-type pasta, a hundred grams, that's about two handfuls.

We boil the pasta until it's ready, add mashed tomatoes, and while it's boiling we make the dressing. A little egg and sour cream and wait a couple of minutes. Turn down the heat and pour in the dressing. Take it off the heat and let it simmer for a few minutes.

Serve for dinner.
