Geisha Soup

Cooked Soup Geisha

Nutritional Value

The failed rolls made such pretty Japanese ladies! The soup is very low-fat, so I think it's good for people on a diet.

How to cook soup "geisha" step by step with photos

Finely chop carrots, herbs, onions and a few cloves of garlic (if you don't like it, you can do it without) in a blender.

Fry the mixture in the oil...

Cut potatoes into julienne strips and boil them in water.

While our vegetables are frying, we take our chicken breast and beat it up to loosen it a little "to shake it up a little ".

When the vegetables are ready, we put them on top of our pieces of fillet...

.. and start "creating" our . We roll up our breasts in a roll-like fashion and pierce them with toothpicks in several places, tying the edges together. We make a real Japanese "bundle", like this!

I have leftover stuffing, which I just threw in the soup. Cook the soup until it's ready.

And here they are, our "Geisha"! Bon appétit!
