  • Green onions
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Broth (vegetable) - 500 ml
  • Greens - 200 g
  • vegetable oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (ground, to taste)
  • Melted Cheese

How to cook green onion soup with cheese step by step with photos


Wash and cut onions and cut into rings. Put them in a saucepan. Stir in the garlic.

Stir and fry in vegetable oil. Pour in broth and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
