Ingredients for soup with greens


  • Carrots (medium) - 1 pc
  • Onions (medium) - 1 pc
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Potatoes - 300 g
  • Dill - to taste
  • Parsley - to taste
  • Spinach - to taste
  • Sorrel - to taste
  • Broth (I have chicken) - 1 l
  • Lemon juice (SICILIA TM) - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Allspice - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Coriander - to taste
  • Rice - 2 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove

How to cook green smoothie soup step by step with photos


Soak the rice in cold water, rinsing it well first.

Dice onion, grate carrot on coarse grater. Fry in vegetable oil.

Add water and simmer slightly.

Dice potatoes.

Rinse spinach well, dry.

Do the same with the rest of the greens. Place in a blender bowl, season with salt and a little broth (approx. 50ml).

Process with a blender to blend the fragrant pulp.

Bring broth to a boil, then add rice. Cook until rice is half cooked. When the rice is half cooked (still slightly crispy), add the potatoes.

Season with salt, pepper, coriander, minced garlic and lemon juice (I used 1 tablespoon). Bring to the boil and turn off the heat.

Allow to infuse. Enjoy!
