Italian Style Summer Vegetable Soup

Light soup, just right for sultry summer days.
Ingredients for summer vegetable soup in the Italian style:

How to cook summer vegetable soup Italian style step by step with photos

Needed products |

Wash, peel and cut into small pieces. |

Fry in 3 Tbsp.l. oil, onion, carrot, celery, garlic and potatoes for about 5-6 minutes. |

Add about 1 liter of water, bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes. |

Add green peas, |
|
Add green peas, cabbage, salt, pepper and simmer for about 10 more minutes. |
|
Toast bread in a pan or in the oven. |
|
Put a slice of bread in each plate, drizzle with the remaining olive oil |
