  • Onions (a small onion) - 1 pc
  • Carrots (small) - 2 pc
  • Petiole celery - 1 pc
  • Potatoes - 2 pcs
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Green peas - 50 g
  • White cabbage / Cabbage - 1/4 pc
  • Parmesan (grated) - 2 tablespoon
  • Bread - 3 slices.
  • Olive oil - 4 tablespoon
  • Salt
  • Black pepper (ground)

How to cook summer vegetable soup Italian style step by step with photos


Needed products

Wash, peel and cut into small pieces.

Fry in 3 Tbsp.l. oil, onion, carrot, celery, garlic and potatoes for about 5-6 minutes.

Add about 1 liter of water, bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes.

Add green peas,

Add green peas, cabbage, salt, pepper and simmer for about 10 more minutes.

Toast bread in a pan or in the oven.

Put a slice of bread in each plate, drizzle with the remaining olive oil

Pour the soup and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Bon appetit! ;))
