Kook-si Soup

Cooked Soup Kuk-Shi

Time to cook: 50 minutes

Nutritional Value

Of course this soup looks a lot like a traditional kuk-si, but that's how we call it in our family. I don't know where this recipe came from, but it's how my mom used to make it, and it's how I do it... It makes an interesting flavor, and the soup itself is incredibly light.

Cut the ham into pieces (I boil it without the skin) and boil it, add salt, bay leaf, peas.

Cook spaghetti at the same time.

Prepare the salad: finely chop the cabbage, onion, squeeze the garlic, salt and pepper it very well, mix everything. Pour the broth with the chicken into a bowl, add the spaghetti, and put the salad on top. Done. Enjoy!!
