  • Meat (I take a piece of meat with bone, from the neck) - 1 kg
  • Potatoes - 3 pcs
  • Carrots - 1 pc
  • Petiole celery (stem)
  • Onion - 2 pcs
  • bay leaf
  • Salt

How to cook lamb soup with celery step by step with photos


Pre-cook the meat with the onion, bay leaf, ground pepper, salt and cover on medium heat for 2 hours. Remove from pan and cool.

Dice potatoes.

Slice carrots and onion.

Slice celery.

Chop meat.

Put all the vegetables in the meat broth. Cook on. Add meat 15 minutes before vegetables are ready and simmer until soup is ready. Enjoy your soup!
