  • Potatoes (medium) - 3 pcs
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Carrots
  • Buckwheat grits (for two pots) - 2-3 tablespoon
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Greens

How to cook Lenten buckwheat soup in a pot step by step with photos


Dice potatoes, onions and carrots

Put potatoes on the bottom of the pot, add buckwheat (1-1,5 tbsp.1-1,5 tbsp. per pot)

Add onions, carrots and pour boiling water over them. Salt, pepper to taste. I add dried parsley and basil
