Lenten buckwheat soup in a crockpot

I've been having a real craving for crockpot soup lately! Throw in all the food you need, put it in the oven and go about your business. And then you enjoy the wonderful taste and aroma.
Ingredients for lean buckwheat soup in pots:

Potatoes
(medium)

Buckwheat grits
(for two pots)

2-3 tablespoon

Salt

Black pepper

Greens
How to cook Lenten buckwheat soup in a pot step by step with photos

Dice potatoes, onions and carrots |

Put potatoes on the bottom of the pot, add buckwheat (1-1,5 tbsp.1-1,5 tbsp. per pot) |

Add onions, carrots and pour boiling water over them.
Salt, pepper to taste.
I add dried parsley and basil |

We put this dish in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
