For me, this is a delicious version of Lenten cabbage soup. But I keep the original title from the book "Multicooker Recipes". It lives up to its name)

Ingredients for Lenten sausage with cabbage:

  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Carrots (medium) - 1 pc
  • Potatoes - 4 pcs
  • White cabbage / Cabbage - 100 g
  • Sour Cabbage - 100 g
  • Tomato paste - 2 teaspoon
  • Sunflower oil - 50 ml
  • Green olives ((300 g.) I had some with lemon) - 1 jar.
  • Salt - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper (to taste)

How to cook Lenten Solyanka with cabbage step by step with photos

Finely chop onion and carrot. Pour oil into the bowl of the multicooker, put it in Bake mode.

Fry the vegetables for 6-7 minutes until golden.

Add shredded potatoes, finely chopped cabbage, sauerkraut and tomato paste.

Mix and cook on low until the boil is over.

Add chopped olives, salt and pepper to taste.

Add as much water as desired. Close the lid, put on "Stew" and we have a 40 minutes rest)))
