Lentil Soup with Porcini Mushroom and Chicken

Ingredients for the lentil cream soup with porcini mushrooms and chicken:

Lentils

How to cook lentil cream soup with porcini mushrooms and chicken step by step with photos

Pour water over the lentils and let them swell a bit. |
|
Rinse dried mushrooms well and simmer for about 40-60 minutes.
Boil chicken fillets also (separately) for 40 minutes.
Then fry the mushrooms and onion, add boiled bacon, bell peppers, tomatoes and garlic. |

Boil lentils in the mushroom broth with bell peppers, add chicken eggs. |
|
Combine all ingredients, season with salt and pepper. |

Mix with blender and add chicken broth, |
|
