Ingredients for the lentil cream soup with porcini mushrooms and chicken:


  • Garlic - 5 clove
  • Tomato (large) - 2 pcs
  • Onion - 300 g
  • Sweet pepper (red) - 2 pcs
  • Mushrooms (white dried) - 100 g
  • Chicken breast - 500-700 g
  • Lentils (red) - 150 g
  • Chicken egg - 3 pcs

How to cook lentil cream soup with porcini mushrooms and chicken step by step with photos


Pour water over the lentils and let them swell a bit.

Rinse dried mushrooms well and simmer for about 40-60 minutes. Boil chicken fillets also (separately) for 40 minutes. Then fry the mushrooms and onion, add boiled bacon, bell peppers, tomatoes and garlic.

Boil lentils in the mushroom broth with bell peppers, add chicken eggs.

Combine all ingredients, season with salt and pepper.

Mix with blender and add chicken broth,
