Lentil soup with smoked turkey

How to cook smoked turkey and lentil soup step by step with photos

Put a pot on the fire, add oil and fry chopped onion and garlic. |

Add grated carrots. Stir well. |

After a couple of minutes add the lentils and the broth. Bring to a boil over high heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes until the lentils are soft. |

Dice the meat. |

Put oregano and turkey pieces in saucepan. Bring to boil.
