Mashed Potato Soup For Daughters

Pea soup is loved by many adults and children. But some don't like onions or carrots or other vegetables. That's where the blender comes in! I suggest you make this soup. It's tasty and healthy, and the main thing is the result! The plates stay empty!!! The children and adults are full and happy!
Ingredients for cream soup "for daughters":

How to cook soup puree "for daughters" step by step with photos

Prepare the Food. Wash and peel vegetables and greens. |

Rinse peas. Pour cold water into a pot, add washed peas and put to boil. Once it boils, turn down the heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes. |

Slice vegetables. Make small meatballs from minced meat. |

Add potatoes, carrots and onions to the pot with peas. Cook for about 15 minutes more. |

Pour 2 tablespoon of oil in a heated pan and add our meatballs. Fry quickly. |
|
Add salt and herbs to boiled soup and purée with a blender. Return it to the stove and bring it to the boil, but do not boil. |
