A nice hot soup for winter, and of course it's delicious :))))))

How to cook soup with meatballs step by step with photos

put chopped in a blender or minced with a meat grinder half an onion, a sprig of dill, coriander, parsley, a slice of garlic, oregano, a handful of rice, salt, pepper and mix the stuffing and make balls (meatballs).
In 2-2,5 liters of water we boil our meatballs with a handful of rice and bay leaves.
When the foam forms at boiling, be sure to remove it |

Now for the roast we chop half an onion, carrots, bell peppers
and fry everything in any oil (I fried in vegetable oil) |

In already cooked meatballs I put shaped sliced potatoes and, when it is boiled, put the batter |

At the very end I put finely chopped garlic cloves, all our herbs and peeled tomatoes. Salt, pepper and - it's done! |
