Cooked Soup with Meatballs I'm Helping Daddy

Nutritional Value

Our daddy's going to make soup. Yes, it happens, it's rare, but it happens. We took a book and read it together (of course my daughter came running right away) "help"). None of the recipes are completely satisfactory. "Come on! Let's boil it... " And boiled!

Grind stuffing (we had bought stuffing) through a meat grinder and add onion and a couple of cloves of garlic. Season with salt and pepper and add melted butter.

Roll meatballs. We like them small.

Mom's out of the kitchen, so there aren't many pictures. So, put about 2.5 liters of water to boil, add salt, put the meatballs in it. Turn down the heat. Cook for about 15 minutes, remove with a slotted skimmer.

We strain the broth through 2-3 layers of gauze

Shred the cabbage, dice the potatoes, put the broth back on the fire, bring it to a boil.

Chop onions and carrots too. Fry.

Pour in broth with cabbage, potatoes. Cook until potatoes are almost ready. Add meatballs and fried meat. Add bay bayrock, pepper and 1 tablespoon of tomato paste. Simmer for 5 more minutes.

Chop garlic into a bowl. Enjoy!
