Mulligatoni Soup

Actually, keep in mind that the original recipe called for celery root, but this season in my area you can't find it very much! So I substituted it for spinach. It didn't taste any worse!

How to cook soup "Mulligatoni" step by step with photos

Wash and peel the chicken, cover with water and boil until tender. Then take it out, cool it and dice it.

Peel and dice onions and carrots.
Dice spinach (if frozen defrost in advance) |

Fry chopped onion, carrot and spinach in melted butter until soft. Put all the spices and salt in the pan and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Add rice to boiling chicken broth, simmer until tender, then add apple slices, place on high heat for 10 more minutes. |

Add sliced chicken and fried vegetables to the pot 5 minutes before boiling time and season with pepper.
Serve with cream. |
