Mushroom Soup

For those who fast, I suggest a very tasty mushroom soup, and for those who don't fast, this is the same soup, only with sour cream. Very tasty, try it!.

How to cook mushroom soup step by step with photos

Soak dried mushrooms for one night. Rinse well. Boil them in salted water for 40 minutes., Then take them out and chop them. Boil the pearl barley. Sauté carrots and onions in oil and add chopped mushrooms at the end. Fry the mushrooms for 1 minute. |

Add the barley soup, chopped julienne potatoes, sauteed vegetables and mushrooms to the boiling broth and cook until the potatoes are tender (min.10-15). Bon appetit! |
