  • Potatoes - 4-5 pcs
  • Carrots - 1 pc
  • Onion - 0,5 -1 pc
  • Champignons - 300 g
  • Sausage - 4 pcs
  • Greens - 1 pouch.
  • Butter - 50 g

How to cook soup with mushrooms step by step with photos


Peel potatoes, carrots. When the water in the pot starts to boil, cut potatoes into slices and throw carrots in the water. Lightly salt. A little later add chopped onion. Wash and chop mushrooms and add them to the soup 10 minutes before it is ready.

And almost at the very end throw in the sausages, coarsely chopped. Add the herbs and a little butter.

Taste and season.
