How to cook my soup with meatballs and meatballs step by step with photos
Grind the meat through a meat grinder, add salt and rice. In a bowl, crack an egg, pour the shells of water, add salt and flour. Use as much flour as you like until the dough sticks to your hands. Knead and leave under cling film.
Roll out small dumplings the size of walnuts from minced meat.
Roll a ring the thickness of your little finger from the dough and cut into thin dumplings.
Place meatballs in boiling, lightly salted water, remember to stir. Bring the water back to a boil.
Once the water has boiled and the meatballs have floated up, we add them. Be sure to stir them, so that they don't stick to the bottom of the pot.
Then we add diced potatoes.
While the meatballs with dumplings and potatoes are boiling in a saucepan, prepare the ingredients for frying. For this we finely chop carrot and onion. |
Grate tomatoes, throw away the skin. Shred greens finely. |
Fry onion and garlic in oil until golden brown. Then add tomatoes and salt. When the sauerkraut is ready, add the chopped greens.
Meanwhile our croquettes and meatballs are boiled. Taste and season with our baked potatoes.
Add Vegeta to taste. Put lid on and remove from heat. Let the soup stand for a while.
