Ingredients for soup "nostalgia":

  • Chicken breast (with bone) - 400 g
  • Mushrooms (fresh) - 200 g
  • Vegetables (Mexican) - 300 g
  • Cream cheese - 200-250 g
  • clarified butter (cow) - 4 tablespoon
  • Dill - 1/4 bunch.
  • Parsley - 1/4 bunch.
  • Cauliflower - 200 g
  • Onion (for broth) - 1 pc
  • Carrot (for broth) - 1 pc
  • Allspice (pea) - 7 pcs

How to cook soup "nostalgia" step by step with photos

Prepare the broth on the bone of the chicken breast, pouring it with cold water /3-3,5 liters/. Remove the foam, salt to taste and add the onion, carrots and bell peppers. Cook over low heat for about an hour.

While the broth is cooking let's have some vegetables and mushrooms. Pull the cauliflower into small florets, cut the mushrooms into slices, add the vegetable mixture (it is possible not to defrost), put the vegetables and mushrooms in a pan and sauté - I do it in the microwave oven.

Stir and put in the microwave for 5 minutes /until the liquid evaporates/. Add 2 tbsp.l. melted butter and for another 5 minutes / stir once more after the butter has melted /.

Take out the vegetables - let them wait for their time - and then take care of the breast. Remove the skin, cut into small pieces, add 2 tbsp.l. Cover with butter and put in the microwave for 5-7 minutes / 1 time stir/.

Then strain broth, add breasts and vegetables, bring to the boil for 5 minutes, add cheese and chopped greens. Boil for 2 minutes and let stand for 15-20 minutes.

Let it boil for 2 minutes and let it infuse for 15-20 minutes!!!!!!!!
