  • Potatoes - 3 pcs
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Carrots - 1 pc
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Greens
  • Salt
  • Water - 1,5 l
  • Vegetable mix (dried) - 1 tablespoon

How to cook oat soup step by step with photos


Peel and slice potatoes, onions, carrots

Bring water to boil, add oil, add potatoes, carrots and onion. Salt and mix. Cook for about 7-10 minutes

Add oat flakes and dry vegetable mixture to the soup, stir and cook on medium heat for about 10 more minutes.

Our soup is ready, pour it on the plate, fill it with herbs. Enjoy!!
