Oatmeal Soup

This tasty soup has become a regular fixture at our dinners because my little girl loves it and she always eats it with great pleasure, even asking for more!
Ingredients for soup with oat flakes:

Oat flakes

Potatoes

Carrots
-
1 pc

Butter
-
10 g
-
Cream
-
30 ml
-
Salt
(to taste)

Black pepper
(ground, to taste)

Greens
(to taste)
How to cook oatmeal soup step by step with photos

Make a meat broth. |

Boil the flakes until tender. Drain the broth and puree the porridge with a blender. |
|
Wash, peel and chop the potatoes and carrot into small cubes, add to the broth and simmer for 10 minutes. |
|
Then add grated cereals to the soup, stir it and simmer for another 10 minutes. Salt and pepper the dish to taste. Add cream and butter, bring soup to a boil. And pour onto the plates.
Sprinkle with greens if you want.
