Ingredients for soup with oat flakes:


  • Oat flakes - 50 g
  • Potatoes - 1 pc
  • Carrots - 1 pc
  • Butter - 10 g
  • Cream - 30 ml
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (ground, to taste)
  • Greens (to taste)

How to cook oatmeal soup step by step with photos


Make a meat broth.

Boil the flakes until tender. Drain the broth and puree the porridge with a blender.

Wash, peel and chop the potatoes and carrot into small cubes, add to the broth and simmer for 10 minutes.

Then add grated cereals to the soup, stir it and simmer for another 10 minutes. Salt and pepper the dish to taste. Add cream and butter, bring soup to a boil. And pour onto the plates. Sprinkle with greens if you want. Enjoy!!
