  • Onions - 3 pcs
  • Cream (10%) - 150 ml
  • Egg (Small) - 1 pc
  • Greens
  • Broth - 2 l
  • Potatoes - 2 pcs
  • Butter (for frying)
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

How to cook onion soup with cheese step by step with photos


Add diced potatoes to the boiling chicken broth.

Fry onion slices in butter until golden brown (you can do it in oil, but it tastes better in butter).

When the potatoes are ready, add the onions. Salt and pepper the soup to taste. Make a soup dressing. Add egg to cream and beat a little.

Add the dressing to the soup, stirring at the same time.

When serving sprinkle the soup with grated cheese and greens. ENJOY!!!!
