How to cook onion soup with cheese step by step with photos

Add diced potatoes to the boiling chicken broth. |

Fry onion slices in butter until golden brown (you can do it in oil, but it tastes better in butter). |

When the potatoes are ready, add the onions. Salt and pepper the soup to taste. Make a soup dressing. Add egg to cream and beat a little. |

Add the dressing to the soup, stirring at the same time. |
