Ingredients for pea-fish soup:


  • Peas (Toss to taste, who likes how thick it is)
  • Onions
  • Sweet pepper (Bulgarian) - 0.5 pcs
  • Ginger ((root) can be without)
  • Carrots - 2 pcs
  • Canned fish (saury (can be in oil)) - 1 jar.
  • Dill (fresh to taste)
  • vegetable oil (for roasting)
  • Salt

How to cook pea-fish soup step by step with photos


Put water on stove. When the water starts to boil, add peas and a bay leaf. Season with salt . Cook peas on low heat for 40 minutes, skimming the foam.

Shred carrots

Finely chop onions and put them in a frying pan with oil. Add carrots. Stir-fry for about 10 minutes.

Add finely grated ginger root to fry

Chop peppers finely and throw them into the broth with peas. Remove the bay leaf

After about 5 minutes, add the soup and stir in the baked potatoes

Open the sea bass. Cut each piece in half with a knife. Add the coalfish to the soup.

Soup is ready!!! ENJOY YOUR SOUP!!!
