Pumpkin and lentil soup

This soup is very delicious and healthy!
Ingredients for pumpkin and lentil soup:

Rinse your lentils well under running water, and put them on a low heat for 10-15 minutes. |

While the lentils are boiling, let's look at the pumpkin. Peel onion and garlic and finely chop them. Put them in a pan with vegetable oil. |

Then we add peeled and chopped pumpkin into small cubes. Braise all this for 10 minutes. |

After the pumpkin has stewed, add it to our lentils. Taste and season with salt and pepper and simmer for another 10 minutes. |
