  • Pumpkin - 5 slice.
  • Cream - 150 ml
  • Bacon - 150 g
  • Corn (canned) - 0.5 glass
  • Broth (vegetable) - 1 glass
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 0.25 teaspoon

How to cook pumpkin soup with bacon and corn step by step with photos


Wash and slice pumpkin (butternut). Drizzle with sunflower oil and bake in the oven until soft.

Rinse off pulp and puree with a blender. The resulting puree need a glass or more. It needs to be placed in a saucepan, dilute with vegetable broth and add the corn. Cook over low heat for a few minutes.

Pour in the cream, stir it up. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
