How to cook soup "red meadow" step by step with photos
Let's start. Peel and finely chop the onion |
Slice and dice the filet into small pieces (either in julienne or slices, as you prefer) |
Heat a little oil in a pot "Oleina" |
Fry onion until transparent. Add tomato paste, fry a few more minutes. |
Add the fillets and fry for about two minutes more
(it was a very sunny day) |
Pour in the broth.
Once the broth comes to a boil, add the potatoes and simmer until the potatoes are tender |
While the soup is boiling make the dressing.
Wash the tomatoes, make a cruciform incision, and pour boiling water over them for two minutes |
Afterwards we pour cold water over them, peel their skins and cut them into small cubes.
Squeeze out the garlic and add it to the tomatoes. Add coriander (frozen in my case), salt it a bit (1/2 teaspoon) and mix it. If you want you can also add finely chopped chili pepper (we like it spicy, that's why we have it with pepper).
The dressing is delicious.
Once the potatoes are ready in the soup add the pieces of dough. Roll out the dough thinly and then either cut it into squares, or tear it into arbitrary pieces. |
Once the soup comes to a boil, add 1 tablespoon of vinegar (I have 6% apple) and turn it off |
Spread on plates, add 2-3 tablespoon of dressing and enjoy. |
Our delicious soup is ready. Enjoy! |
