  • Rice (With Slide) - 3 tablespoon
  • Potatoes (Medium) - 2 pcs
  • Soup set (Chicken) - 1 pc
  • Carrots (Medium) - 1 pc
  • Onions (Medium) - 1 pc
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Sweet red pepper (Medium) - 1 pc
  • Salt - to taste
  • Dill - to taste
  • Tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Red hot pepper - to taste

How to cook rice soup step by step with photos


Ingredients

Peel potatoes, don't chop them finely or coarsely

Put the soup mix and the sliced potatoes into a medium saucepan with boiling slightly salted water

While the broth is boiling we chop all the vegetables (red bell peppers (not necessarily red, you can chop them up), onion, garlic, carrots). I use a blender, it's not necessary, you can just chop them up finely

Fry on high heat until soft

Then add a tablespoon of tomato paste. Stir and fry until softened

Add rice to broth and simmer for 5 minutes

Add ready made roast

Cook for another 10 minutes and add the spices, herbs, pepper, bay leaf

Cook for 2 minutes, put lid on, turn off gas, let it sour for 5-10 minutes. And light soup is ready😊ԅ 22;😊😊 ; Bon appetit
