(This spicy rice soup will cheer you and your family up))) my husband really likes dishes with tomato paste and since he is not a fan of liquid, I found a way to spice up the soup))) Bon appetit😊

How to cook rice soup step by step with photos

Ingredients |

Peel potatoes, don't chop them finely or coarsely |

Put the soup mix and the sliced potatoes into a medium saucepan with boiling slightly salted water |

While the broth is boiling we chop all the vegetables (red bell peppers (not necessarily red, you can chop them up), onion, garlic, carrots). I use a blender, it's not necessary, you can just chop them up finely |

Fry on high heat until soft |

Then add a tablespoon of tomato paste. Stir and fry until softened |

Add rice to broth and simmer for 5 minutes |

Add ready made roast |

Cook for another 10 minutes and add the spices, herbs, pepper, bay leaf |
