Shiitake Seaweed Soup

Cooked shiitake soup with seaweed

Nutritional Value

For the 8th of March I was given a box of miso paste. I was thinking for a long time about what ingredients to buy for the soup, and in the store I came across shiitake slices and dried seaweed (also known as kale). The soup was very delicious, healthy and very dietary, which for me personally is very important.

How to cook soup "shiitake" with seaweed step by step with photos

Sorry, I didn't do the step-by-step, I didn't know if it would taste good, so I didn't record the process, but it's very simple. 1. Soak the mushrooms in water for 45 minutes according to the instructions on the package. 2. Pour the desired amount of water for the soup into the mushrooms and bring to the boil. 3. Add miso paste, vegetables and seaweed to the soup. Taste and season with salt and simmer on low heat for 30-40 minutes. 4. Take off the fire, add the bay leaf and let the soup rest for 10-15 minutes. If you want you can add to the soup a little leek, it is very nice soup when served. Enjoy!!
