Ingredients for smoked soup with vegetables:


  • Carrots (medium ) - 1 pc
  • Onions (medium head ) - 1 pc
  • vegetable oil (for frying vegetables)
  • Potatoes (medium sized tubers ) - 3 pcs
  • Corn - 1 jar.
  • Chicken leg - 1 pc
  • Cucumber (medium fresh ) - 1 pc
  • Greens
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Allspice (to taste)

How to cook smoked soup with vegetables step by step with photos


Peel and dice onion and carrot.

Fry all vegetables in

Put in vegetable oil.

Peel, dice and peel potatoes

Pour into the boiling broth.

Dice smoked ham (no skin needed). Open a can of corn, drain the juice.
