  • Potatoes (medium) - 8 pcs
  • Champignons - 400 g
  • Sausage (or sausages) - 200 g
  • Onion (small) - 1 pc
  • Vegetables (mixture, "Sombrero" Bonduelle - 400g) - 1 jar.
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Spices (to taste)

How to cook soup "sombrero" step by step with photos

So, I dice potatoes, put them in boiling water, turn down the heat to a low boil

I chop mushrooms finely, lightly fry in a dry pan, then add them to the pot

I cut a sausage (I had a piece of serviette), fry it, and also put it in the pan...

In the fat that has been drained out of the sausage, I fry chopped onion...into the pan...

in the end I add mixed vegetables "Sombrero" (ingredients: red beans, corn, green beans, root celery, carrots, red and green bell peppers)

spices and salt to taste
