How to cook soup "a la rassolnik" step by step with photos

Prepare the ingredients. |

Rinse the goose drumsticks, pour 2.5 liter of cold water and boil for 2-2.5 hours. Season with a pinch of salt after boiling. Take out the meat, cool it a little and finely chop it. |

Rinse bulgur and add it to meat broth. Cook for 10 minutes. Wash, peel and dice potatoes. Put it in a pan with some grits. Continue boiling. |

Slice the vegetables. Fry them in vegetable oil, adding the sliced tomato at the end. |

Now for the filling of our soup. Add chopped boiled meat, roasted vegetables and a glass of brine. Bring soup to a boil. Add chopped greens and 2 bay leaves. Turn off heat. Let it stand for 15-20 minutes. |

Serve with sour cream and greens. |
