  • Pickled cucumber (small) - 4 pcs
  • Brine - 1 glass
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Greens
  • Salt
  • Bay leaf

How to cook soup "a la rassolnik" step by step with photos


Prepare the ingredients.

Rinse the goose drumsticks, pour 2.5 liter of cold water and boil for 2-2.5 hours. Season with a pinch of salt after boiling. Take out the meat, cool it a little and finely chop it.

Rinse bulgur and add it to meat broth. Cook for 10 minutes. Wash, peel and dice potatoes. Put it in a pan with some grits. Continue boiling.

Slice the vegetables. Fry them in vegetable oil, adding the sliced tomato at the end.

Now for the filling of our soup. Add chopped boiled meat, roasted vegetables and a glass of brine. Bring soup to a boil. Add chopped greens and 2 bay leaves. Turn off heat. Let it stand for 15-20 minutes.

Serve with sour cream and greens.
