  • Broccoli (frozen) - 400 g
  • Onions - 1 pc
  • Carrots - 1 pc
  • Petiole celery (petiole) - 1 pc
  • Chicken egg - 2 units
  • Hard cheese (hard) - 80 g
  • Cilantro
  • Allspice (pepper) - 3 pcs
  • Salt
  • Black pepper (ground)

How to cook soup with cheese and broccoli step by step with photos


Finely chop onion and celery, cut carrots into circles. Put in boiling salted water with the allspice.

After about 5 minutes we add broccoli.

Meanwhile grate the cheese.

After about 10 minutes, when the broccoli and carrots are cooked, turn down the heat, crack two eggs, add the cheese and stir. You can pepper it.

Turn off the heat, add shredded coriander, leave for 15 minutes and you are ready to serve. Enjoy!
