Soup with liver dumplings

Another light summer soup. It tastes great! My son loves it, he hates liver. You are more than welcome to try it!!!!!

How to cook soup with liver dumplings step by step with photos

Chop onions (as you like), grate carrots on a coarse grater.Sauté the vegetables in a little vegetable oil. |

Pass the liver through a meat grinder, add melted butter.Separate the yolks from the whites and add to the liver, beat the whites until frothy.Salt the liver and mix thoroughly. |
