Ingredients for soup with meatballs:

  • Ground beef (can be pork, beef or pork-beef, whichever you prefer.) - 500 g
  • Potatoes (approximately 300-400 g.) - 3 pcs
  • Onions (about 150 g.) - 1 pc
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Sweet-scented pepper (to taste)
  • Sunflower oil (odorless oil in quantity necessary for frying onions)
  • Water (based on 3.2 liter saucepan)

How to cook soup with meatballs step by step with photos

The meatball soup is based on a 3.2-liter pot. Take ready-made stuffing or mince the meat yourself.

Peel and slice potatoes.

Finely chop onion and fry it in vegetable oil.

Make small meatballs, about 2 cm in diameter.

Chop greens.

Put potatoes into boiling water and boil until half-ready. Then put meatballs in pots. Bring to the boil for 5 minutes and add fried onion. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Cook until softened, then add the greens a minute before you remove it from the heat. I should warn you right away, meatballs boil for 10-12 minutes until ready.

Let stand for 5-10 minutes. And we can pour it on a plate and eat it.
