Soup with meatballs

I've been craving meatball soup, and of course there are a lot of variations, each time the soup is different. Here's my recipe for today.
Ingredients for soup with meatballs:

(any meat)

(peel and cut into cubes)

Rice
(half a cup)

Red hot pepper

Bay leaf

2 pcs

Spices
(to taste)

Greens
(different types; to taste)
How to cook soup with meatballs step by step with photos

Prepare minced meat, potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic for cooking. |

Grate carrots and chop onions. |

Dice potatoes. |

Make peas from minced meat. |
|
Rice wash, grate garlic, bay leaf and pepper ready. |

Add grated carrot, chopped onion, rice, garlic, bay leaf and pepper to boiling water. Bring to a boil and add potatoes. Many people pre-fry the onion and carrots, but I did not fry in this variant, as the soup is very rich. |

Once everything starts to boil reduce the heat and start adding the meatballs. I previously dipped them in boiling water and then transferred them to the pot of soup. |
|
Cook over low heat until tender, check readiness: if the potatoes break easily, it's time to turn off. |
