  • Water - 3 l
  • Pork - 800 g
  • Champignons - 400 g
  • Onions - 2 pcs
  • Carrots - 2 pcs
  • Sweet pepper (2 pieces green + 2 pieces red) - 4 pieces
  • Potatoes (5) - 4 pcs
  • Greens (to taste) - 2 g
  • Butter - 30 g
  • Vegetable oil (+-) - 4 tablespoon
  • bay leaf (to taste) - 2 pcs
  • Salt (to taste) - 2 g
  • Spices (to taste) - 2 g

How to cook soup with pork, mushrooms and vegetables step by step with photos

Prepare the products. Peel onions, carrots and potatoes. Remove seeds from bell peppers

Cut onion into half rings

In a prepared container (I have a pot) pour the vegetable oil 4-5 tablespoons, put the onion and fry it until golden over low heat

While the onion is frying, let's cut the meat into medium slices

Add butter to the fried onions and let it melt

After that, put the meat into a bowl, stir it, cover and stew over low heat for 20 minutes

Grate carrots in slices

Put carrots in a pan, add salt and spices to taste, mix, put the lid on and stew for 10 minutes more

Slice bell bell pepper and after 10 minutes put it to stew

After 5 minutes we add chopped mushrooms to the rest of ingredients, stir it and cook for another 15 minutes

In a container send potatoes cut into four pieces, pour water, Add bay leaf and spices to taste. Cover and simmer over low heat for 20-25 minutes

When serving sprinkle with fresh herbs. Enjoy!!
