  • Asparagus - 100 g
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Melted cheese - 2 pcs
  • Sour cream - 150 g
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Spice

I used all the vegetables according to my taste, so you can vary the quantity. First, fry the mushrooms, carrots and onion in butter (just the butter, the mushrooms will be more fragrant and tasty)!). But we fry it so that there was no golden crust, you can say stewing. Then add sour cream and finely minced (or squeezed) garlic, put the lid on and let it stew for 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile we add broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus to the boiling broth and cook it for about 10-15 minutes (I have frozen vegetables).
