  • Potatoes - 3 pcs
  • Carrots - 1 pc
  • Cauliflower - 1 pc
  • Asparagus
  • White cabbage / Cabbage
  • Leek
  • Tomato - 2 pcs
  • Aloe (canned) - 5 pcs
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Greens
  • Salt
  • Spices

How to cook soup "Vegetable Summer" step by step with photos


Peel and chop potatoes, cut carrots in rings, separate cauliflower into florets, take out the asparagus beans. Add them all to boiling water in a large saucepan. Salt.

Then we chop some cabbage and add it to the soup.

Later, chop leeks in rings and add them to the pot.

Peel one clove of garlic and crush it with a garlic masher.

Cut the tomatoes into big chunks and throw them in with the rest of the vegetables.

Now we take canned aloe. (It's the first time I've tried it :)) There are big chunks in the tin - let's cut them in smaller pieces.

Here's how the jar looks like.

At the end we chop parsley and throw it in the soup.

Add spices to taste. Done! Enjoy. Serve with sour cream. Delicious :)
