Tertiukha Soup

Elementary Potato Soup. Very quick, very easy and very tasty! When you're short of time, this soup is a wild goose chop.

Ingredients for soup "tertiucha":

(raw-smoked or bacon)

Cream

150 ml

Butter

20 g

Salt

Soup Ingredients. The soup is essentially one-component, just the potatoes.
You can use any type of cream, according to your taste.
You can use a stock or make it from a stock cube. |

Put broth on the fire. If you use water, you need to add to it a little salt, a bay leaf, chili peppers, and your favorite dry herbs and spices.
Peel and grate potatoes on a medium grater. |

Grate potatoes into boiling broth. |
|
Cook, stirring, for about 10 minutes. Add a piece of butter.
Cook until potatoes are fully soft. |
|
Pour in cream and heat until boiling. |
|
Remove from heat and add the herbs. Cover and leave to infuse for about 15 minutes. |

Dice bacon |
|
Fry bacon in a pan on low heat until crispy. |
|
Pour the soup into a bowl and add a tablespoon of bacon.
