  • Carrots - 2 pcs
  • Potatoes - 2 pcs
  • Salt (to taste)

Be warned right away - this soup is so delicious right from noble forest mushrooms (boletus, mayonnaise, chanterelles, etc.).д.) We take these beauties - peel, cut into slices.

Boil these beauties. I bring to a boil - pour off, rinse, pour cold water again and, from the boiling point, cook for another 20-30 minutes.
