We take these beauties - peel, cut into slices.

Boil these beauties. I bring to a boil - pour off, rinse, pour cold water again and, from the boiling point, cook for another 20-30 minutes. |

Boil the barley in pressure cooker (you can do it in a pot, but it takes too long) for about 20 minutes. |

Peel and chop potatoes, put them into a saucepan with mushrooms. |

Do the same thing with carrots and put them in the pot. |

Take barley out of pressure cooker, throw them in a colander, wash with cold water and also put to the pot.
We add salt, spices (your favorite) - and cook the soup for 15-20 minutes on medium heat.
