  • Sausages (hunting) - 4 pcs
  • Ham - 100 g
  • Meat (pork) - 200 g
  • Black olives (pitted) - 1 jar.
  • Vermicelli - 200 g
  • Salt
  • Sweet pepper

How to cook tomato soup with smoked meat step by step with photos


Ingredients for the soup.

Pour 3.5 liters of cold water over the meat, bring to the boil, skim off the foam, cook for 40 minutes.

Grate the ham on a coarse grater and cut the sausages into rounds. Drain the olives.

Add the sausages, ham and noodles to the broth and simmer for 5 minutes. Then add freshly squeezed tomato juice and olives, season with salt and pepper, cook for 5 more minutes.
