Vegetable Soup with Apples
An apple gives an interesting twist to the familiar vegetable soup.
Ingredients for vegetable soup with apples:
- Water - 3 l
- Potatoes - 300 g
- White cabbage / Cabbage - 300 g
- Onion - 200 g
- Turnip (can be replaced by pumpkin, zucchini) - 300 g
- Carrots - 150 g
- Apple - 2 pcs
How to cook vegetable soup with apples step by step with photos
Chop onions finely.
Grate apples on a fine grater. Put in cold water.
Chop everything else into julienne strips and add to the pot.
Salt. Cook over low heat until softened.
