Concentrated red broth Demiglass

Cooked concentrated red demi-glace broth

Time to cook: 400 minutes

Total Servings: 100

I posted a video a couple weeks ago about steak and pepper sauce - I put a link to the post at the end of the recipe. And that video featured red meat broth concentrate. I must say that I have a big family and a small freezer. And in this very freezer does not fit a damn thing. I regularly use broths in all sorts of dishes, but they take a long time to cook, and every time I need broth, I can't afford to make it right away. That is why the question of freezing and storage is on the rise. Or rather the question is not about freezing but about having enough space for frozen food. And here concentrates for me - this is salvation. Because I do not store concentrate in the freezer, but in the refrigerator (and it is three times greater by volume), and the place for concentrate is 10 times less.

Triple Tsar broth and assorted meat

Cooked triple royal broth and assorted meat

Can't get any better for an appetizer! If you get an unexpected call from friends saying they're coming over for a nightcap, you can make this dish (which doesn't require much work). Strong, steep, tasty broth, meat, vegetables - the perfect dish for a good feast. It's known that you can drink (in the mood, of course) a lot of alcohol with this rich and greasy appetizer - especially if you're not in a hurry, and if you have good company. ))) To this appetizer vodka is the perfect gastronomic accompaniment.

homemade kuksi

Cooked homemade kuksi

Time to cook: 70 minutes

Total Servings: 4

There are already 2 kuksi recipes on the site. But while the concept is the same, each one cooks a little differently. We used to eat this dish exclusively in cafes, but for the past two years I've been making it myself at home.. I learned to make this dish from a friend who works as a cook in a Korean cafe. It turns out very tasty. It is especially good in summer when you don't feel like eating anything hot, but you've had enough of okroshka. Try to cook it. It's unusual and, what's more important, it has low-calorie content. It seems to be long and difficult to cook, but after the first try you will understand that there are no problems.
