We used to eat this dish exclusively in cafes, but for the past two years I've been making it myself at home.. I learned to make this dish from a friend who works as a cook in a Korean cafe. It turns out very tasty.
It is especially good in summer when you don't feel like eating anything hot, but you've had enough of okroshka. Try to cook it. It's unusual and, what's more important, it has low-calorie content. It seems to be long and difficult to cook, but after the first try you will understand that there are no problems.
