The heat seems to be wearing off, but I made this soup not now, but in the heat of summer. It's only now "I've reached the point" to post it. The soup is very light. In my opinion, our kefir base in the native Okrushka, will do better. Or, it is worth reducing the amount of water. The recipe is the original, which I found on an eastern website, but for myself I made adjustments for the future.
